The promenade, which was built in 1992 over an area of 400 meters long, is situated along Yefe Nof Street and extends from the Nof Hotel to the upper entrance gate to theBahá’ís gardens.

This promenade stretches along the beachfront at the peaceful neighborhood of Bat Galim.
Restaurants, coffee shops, scuba diving clubs, surfing clubs and the lower cable car station can be found along the promenade.

Gan HaEm is located at the Carmel Centre and comprised of a promenade, green lawns, children playing grounds and coffee shops.At the heart of the garden lies a natural theatre with an acoustic shell shaped structure at its centre. During the summer, Gan HaEm serves as an open space for live performances.

The Carmel Park consists of special paths for bicycle, jeep and mini-tractor trips, which pass through observation points of breathtaking landscapes, natural Mediterranean groves, archeological remnants, holy sites and wild plants and animals.
