If you visit this museum, you will be able to view the exhibits which chart – in chronological order - the development of the way of life led by prehistoric man from the time of the very earliest primitive men and women.

The Hecht Museum, for archaeology and art, was founded by the late Dr. Reuben Hecht (founder of "Dagon Granaries").

The Museum of Japanese Art can be found high up on Mount Carmel and is entirely devoted to the conservation and display of Japanese objets d’art. In actual fact, it is the only museum of its kind in the Middle East.
