A description of the apartment:

This is a studio apartment, with separate entrance. The apartment has air conditioning and heating. There is a living room area (the sofa can be extended into a double bed) and TV. In the kitchen there is a micro wave, a fridge, an electric stove for cooking. There is also a toilet and a shower.

In addition, there is one room with a separate entrance, which comprises a double bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, a kitchenette, a toilet and a shower.

All these rooms also share a large communal balcony and a garden with a great view.

We would prefer our guests to refrain from smoking.
